Ingredients:



Jeera - 1 tsp

Mustard - 1 tsp

Ginger - 1 inch

Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp

Chilli Powder - 1 tsp

Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp

Cumin Powder - 1 tsp

Cardamom Tea Masala Powder - 1 tsp

Green Chilli - 2 nos

Onion - 5 nos

Oil as needed

Salt to taste

Method :



  1. Pour oil in a kadai.

  2. Add mustard, jeera seeds and let it splutter.

  3. Add sliced ginger, green chillies and sauté.

  4. Add sliced onions and sauté on a low heat.

  5. Sauté till the raw smell is gone.

  6. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, cardamom tea masala powder, hing and salt and mix well.

  7. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat and add water.

  8. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

  9. Serve with Rice.
